Jan Willems

Jan Willems is an experienced IT Operations Manager EMEA at Cochlear, overseeing the European IT infrastructure since December 2000. In this role, Jan ensures a cost-effective and highly available computing environment in alignment with global standards and best practices while leading the EMEA Infrastructure and Service Desk teams through effective planning and delegation. Prior to the current role, Jan held positions such as ICT System Architect / Project Manager and IT Network Manager at Cochlear, as well as ICT Coordinator for Cochlear Belgium. Jan also served as IT Manager for Cochlear Acoustics from January 2003 to December 2005, managing all IT aspects for the organization. Jan holds a Graduaat degree in Electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, earned between 1996 and 1999.
