Jan Yi Wong

Jan Yi Wong is an accomplished engineer currently serving as a Verification and Validation Services Engineer at Cochlear, where responsibilities include performing design verification and validation of products, executing tests, and debugging across hardware and software combinations. Previous experience includes roles as Organizing Committee President and Vice President of Incoming Global Volunteer at AIESEC in Malaysia, as well as a Product & Electrical Engineering Intern at Ozlux Sdn Bhd, where simulation designs for LED streetlights were developed. Additionally, Jan Yi worked as a Research Assistant at Heriot-Watt University, focusing on microwave sensing applications in the food industry, and began a career in customer service at Cold Stone Creamery. Jan Yi holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, graduating with Honours of the First Class.
