Joanne Barlow

Joanne Barlow is a strategic and results-driven leader with over two decades of global experience in enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence. They currently serve as Vice President of Business Transformation & Change at Cochlear, where they lead initiatives focused on growth, cultural change, and continuous improvement. Previously, Joanne held various roles at Cochlear, including Vice President of Indirect Procurement and VP of Marketing Operations, where they established high-performing teams and designed future-ready operating models. Joanne began their career as a Senior Buyer at Brand Addition and briefly worked at L'Oréal in the same capacity. They earned a B.A. Hons in Law from the University of Lincoln.
