Johan Land has extensive experience in research and development within the acoustics field, currently serving as VP of R&D Acoustics Development Strategy at Cochlear since September 2012. Johan's career at Cochlear includes roles such as Director of Acoustic Device Development, Senior Product Manager, Manager of Sound Processor Hardware Development, and Senior System Engineer. Prior to his tenure at Cochlear, Johan was the Manager of the Design Department at Swenox AB, overseeing 30 design engineers in the Göteborg and Nyköping areas, and also held positions as Project Manager and Design Engineer. Johan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Project Management certification from IHM Business School. Additionally, Johan had an academic experience at Universität Innsbruck.
