Juli Roberts, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cochlear since February 2024. Previously, Juli held the position of Sr. Director of FP&A at GrowGeneration Corp from September 2022 to October 2023 and was the Practice Director of Consulting Services at TGRP Solutions from July 2021 to September 2022. Juli's experience includes serving as VP of Finance at Receptra Naturals from September 2019 to July 2021 and providing finance and accounting consulting services for various organizations at Redmont Advisors + CPAs; Adam James International/Carter Mackenzie; and Vivial between January 2018 and September 2019. From 2007 to 2017, Juli worked at Arrow Electronics in several finance roles, culminating as Finance Director for the Sustainable Technologies and Enterprise Computing Solutions divisions. Earlier experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at Agilysys from 2000 to 2007, where Juli led the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance. Juli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University.
