Kenneth Oplinger

Kenneth Oplinger has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as the Director of Intellectual Property at Cochlear since December 2010, where previous roles included Global IP Manager, Principal IP Counsel, and Senior IP Counsel. Prior to Cochlear, Kenneth worked as a Senior IP Counsel at Altera from 2004 to 2010 and as an Associate at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and Pennie and Edmonds from 1999 to 2004. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School (1996-2000) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (1990-1994).
