Lauren Schembri

Lauren Schembri is an experienced professional in employment relations, currently serving as the Employment Relations Manager at Cochlear since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a Case Manager and Employee Relations Specialist at Westpac from February 2021 to March 2022. Lauren's career began at McDonald's, where various positions were held from February 2009 to February 2021, including Workplace Relations Consultant, Employee Relations Advisor, NSW/ACT Retail Traineeship Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Workplace Health and Safety Intern, and Crew Trainer. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a focus on Human Resources and Sport Management from Western Sydney University, completed between 2013 and 2015, and attended St John the Evangelist Catholic High School Nowra from 2007 to 2012.
