Liza Polish

Liza Polish is a Software Delivery Manager at Cochlear since October 2023, where leadership of cross-functional technical teams has resulted in 19 successful releases within 1.5 years. Previously, Liza served as a Technical Project Manager at IntellectEU, overseeing financial sector projects and enhancing project efficiency through PMO process improvements. During a tenure as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Star from 2015 to 2022, Liza managed complex projects delivering an award-winning medical solution globally. Additional experience includes managing a distributed team at FORM to launch a multi-tenant web portal and mobile app, performing business analysis and QlikView solutions delivery at Luxoft, and developing BI solutions at WorldAPP. Liza holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
