Louise Bowman

Louise Bowman currently serves as Global Reward Manager at Cochlear, starting in June 2024, focusing on global equity plans and the Global Remuneration Review process. Previously, Louise held multiple roles at Cochlear including Remuneration and Benefits Lead for the HR Transformation Project, where responsibilities included managing the Workday Implementation. A tenure at Bravura Solutions as Reward Manager involved developing and managing global performance and reward strategies, followed by an HR Business Partner role leading the APAC HR team. Early career experience included HR consulting at Slater & Gordon Lawyers and a recruitment role at Matchtech. Louise holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, obtained from 2016 to 2018.
