Maddy Bland is a healthcare leader with extensive experience in sales and operational excellence. Maddy has also held positions as Director of Customer Success at 3B Medical, Inc. and Director of Sales Operations at Snapworx, LLC. Currently, Maddy works as the Director of Reimbursement Operations at Cochlear while also serving as an Account Executive at Synthpop - Healthcare AI. Maddy earned a Bachelor of Human Environmental Science from the University of Alabama, with a major in Restaurant, Hotel, and Meetings Management and a minor in Spanish.
