Mamta Sarda

Mamta Sarda currently serves as the Director of Global Finance Business Partnering at Cochlear, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Mamta held senior finance roles at Biointelect Pty Ltd and Recordati in 2023, including Senior Director of Finance and Operations (Contract) and Finance and Strategy Consultant, respectively. From September 2011 to December 2022, Mamta was part of Novartis in Australia and New Zealand, serving as Head of Finance, Strategy, and Business Development & Licensing for Oncology, and held various finance leadership positions throughout the organization. Earlier experience includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services as a Functional Consultant and SUPERGAS as Finance Manager. Mamta holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com from Osmania University.
