Matt Little

Matt Little serves as the Director of Government Affairs (Global) at Cochlear since March 2024. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at AbbVie from September 2014 to July 2023, including Head of Patient Experience, where a focus was placed on optimizing patient experience through innovative strategies. Matt's experience also encompasses significant positions in global marketing for HUMIRA and SKYRIZI, where successful product launches and strategies were implemented, leading to substantial revenue growth. Earlier career roles include Principal Legal Officer at the Attorney-General's Department, where strategic legal policy advice was provided on critical topics such as native title and constitutional law, and an adviser role in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Matt's educational background includes degrees in Law from the University of Sydney and Arts from the University of Melbourne, along with executive education from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and The Wharton School.
