Melissa Rucks, MBA-HRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently working in the People & Culture department at Cochlear since September 2023. Previously, Melissa held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at HairClub, where responsibilities included driving employee performance and managing strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Melissa served as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Bridgestone Americas, focusing on talent management and organizational change.
