Melissa Wilcox

Melissa Wilcox has extensive experience in training and career support roles, currently serving as a Training Supervisor and Quality Systems Specialist at Cochlear since September 2015. In this position, Melissa acts as a Quality Systems Training Lead and collaborates with Global Supply Chain and IT departments to develop training solutions. Prior experience includes working as a Job Coach at Campbell Page from September 2009 to July 2015, where Melissa facilitated the Job Services Australia program by providing job coaching, motivation, and personalized training plans. Earlier positions include serving as a Personal Adviser at Birmingham City Council, empowering youth in career management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Performing and Media Arts from the University of Derby and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design from the University of Technology Sydney.
