Michael Poulten

Michael Poulten is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in reward and performance management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President Global Reward at Cochlear since February 2024, Michael has held significant roles such as Head of Reward & Performance at Boral and Group Head of Reward & Performance at Metcash. Previous experience includes leadership positions at QBE Insurance, PepsiCo, Woolworths Limited, Tesco, Deloitte, and Nortel Networks, spanning roles in executive compensation, reward operations, and talent management. Michael holds a degree from Durham University and has completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
