Michael Sinclair

Michael Sinclair is an experienced professional in product management and digital transformation, currently serving as the Director of the Connected Care Clinical Platform at Cochlear since October 2018. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at ING Australia from September 2010 to October 2018, including Manager of Digital Channel Development where leadership was provided for the strategy and launch of Everyday Round Up, and Head of Distribution Effectiveness, overseeing significant operational improvements in retail banking distribution. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at First Data Corporation from July 2003 to September 2010 as a Project Portfolio Manager, managing a variety of projects in payment services, and at Compaq in various IT support and service management roles from 1998 to 1999.
