Nick Johnson

Nick Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as VP of Manufacturing in Sydney at Cochlear since August 2012, Nick has held various leadership roles, including Head of Manufacturing and Sydney Manufacturing Site Manager. Prior to Cochlear, Nick worked at iNova Pharmaceuticals from November 2004 to August 2012, where responsibilities included Building Services Manager and Senior Production Facilities Engineer, focusing on site manufacturing facility management and compliance. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at 3M Health Care, overseeing drug scale-up projects. Nick holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering, both from Swansea University.
