Nicola Leslie

Nicola Leslie has extensive experience in technical communication and project management across various reputable organizations. Starting career at Commonwealth Bank of Australia as an Information Designer from 1996 to 1998, Nicola transitioned to KPMG as an IT Knowledge Author until 2003. In the following years, Nicola served as a Business Consultant for TechWriter Placements and Services, worked as a Process Developer at Westpac, and took on the role of Senior Technical Communicator at ResMed from 2008 to 2012. Nicola's career further progressed at MasterSoft as a Technical Writer before joining Cochlear in 2016, where roles included Program Manager - Lifecycle Management, Project Manager, and Principal Quality Systems Specialist. Educationally, Nicola holds a BA in Communication Studies, specializing in Professional Writing and Public Relations from the University of Western Sydney, completed in 1996.
