Nicole Grimes

Nicole Grimes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engagement management and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at Cochlear since August 2015, Nicole oversees a team focused on B2B partnerships and enhances the performance of the Consumer Sales Team by cross-collaborating with multiple departments. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions at Patient Health Perspectives, LLC, where significant contributions were made to patient engagement strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and at Health Advocacy Strategies, LLC, where the focus was on consumer marketing for pharmaceutical clients. Nicole began their career at Ben Bridge Jeweler, developing business relations and managing special projects. Nicole holds a BA in Communication from Western Washington University and has continued education at North Seattle College.
