Pedram Kian is a seasoned network and systems professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing complex network infrastructures. Currently serving as the Technical Lead for Network and Voice Services at Cochlear since September 2019, Pedram oversees a team of network engineers and has successfully designed and implemented significant network projects, including the Cochlear Fiber Ring network. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities encompassed risk and vendor management, and Manager of Network Services at Cuscal Limited, where Pedram built a high-performance network team. With a career spanning over two decades, Pedram has held various engineering and managerial positions across renowned companies, showcasing proficiency in network design, security, and project delivery, complemented by a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
