Peter Cairns has a robust background in marketing and business development within the medical and surgical technology sectors. Currently part of the APAC Marketing Team at Cochlear since June 2021, Peter's previous roles include Manager of Marketing and Market Development at Active Surgical Pty Ltd, and Manager of Marketing at Surgical Specialties. Prior experience includes various marketing positions at Medtronic and Global Orthopaedic Technology, as well as serving as a Business Development Manager at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. Additional experience includes working as a Territory Manager at Austofix and as a Research Manager at St George Orthopaedic Research Institute. Peter holds a degree from the University of Wollongong.
