Rachael Moore is an experienced professional in product development and manufacturing with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Global Manufacturing Network Optimisation at Cochlear since April 2009, Rachael is responsible for enhancing the company's manufacturing capacity and capabilities. Rachael has a history of leadership roles, including Senior Systems Project Manager at Cochlear, where Rachael directed the development of integrated systems, and NPI Manager for Externals, leading a team to successfully launch new products. Prior experience includes General Manager of Product Development and Manufacturing at Nanosonics Ltd and Project Manager at Unilife Medical Solutions.
