Rachel Winter

Rachel Winter is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and public relations. Currently serving as the Global Corporate Communications Manager at Cochlear since March 2025, Rachel previously excelled at Edelman for over a decade, ultimately holding the position of Client Director in Healthcare. Key achievements include managing large teams, driving business growth, and leading communication strategies for major clients such as GlaxoSmithKline and Royal Dutch Shell. Rachel’s earlier roles at Edelman involved the execution of impactful campaigns across various sectors, including technology and FMCG. Rachel began this career at Ogilvy Public Relations Australia, where an award-winning sustainability campaign for Kleenex Cottonelle showcased exceptional results. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts from UNSW and participated in an International Exchange Program at McGill University.
