Richard Whitman

Richard Whitman is a dynamic change leader with over 15 years of experience in multisite, cross-functional clinical and business operations. Currently the Sr. Manager of Market Expansion and Integration at Cochlear, they oversee a team responsible for strategic partnerships and collaboration across business lines. Previously, Richard served as Regional Manager at Fuel Medical Group, driving significant partnership growth and managing an $8M sales budget. They also held leadership roles at HearUSA and BJ's Hearing Centers, where they successfully integrated acquisitions and established new business lines. Richard is pursuing a B.S. in Operations Management at Illinois State University while attending the University of Illinois Chicago.
