Ryan Hulslander

Ryan Hulslander serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Cochlear since May 2012, providing strategic partnership focused on healthcare compliance, operations, and data privacy within a leading medical device company. Prior roles include Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at IrriMax Corporation from January 2010 to May 2012, where responsibilities encompassed strategic partnership development, capital formation, intellectual property oversight, and corporate governance. Previous experience also includes working as an Associate Attorney at Patrice Boyes, P.A. from 2008 to 2010, managing client development and property owner matters, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk and Staff Attorney at the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida from March 2007 to May 2008. Ryan Hulslander holds a Master of Laws in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Juris Doctor with Honors from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Economics from the University of Florida.
