Sam Rexhaj

Sam Rexhaj is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in litigation and corporate law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel for Cochlear in the EMEA region since August 2019, Sam provides legal support across various departments including marketing, procurement, finance, clinical affairs, and research. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel covering the MEA region at Cochlear, Associate at Byrne and Partners LLP focusing on cross-border disputes, and Solicitor at Kennedys specializing in commercial and insolvency litigation. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies.
