Previously, they held positions as a Design Engineer at Industrial Research Technology and Weatherford, and later took on roles in project and product lifecycle management. Sanjay's expertise lies in building high-impact teams, driving automation, and developing scalable manufacturing processes, all while fostering collaboration and aligning engineering efforts with strategic business goals. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Microelectronics from RMIT University.
