Shelby Neely

Customer Experience Supervisor

Shelby Neely has a diverse background in customer experience and youth development, currently serving as a Customer Experience Supervisor at Cochlear since June 2021. Previously, Shelby held various roles at Cochlear, including Team Lead and Senior Customer Order & Insurance Specialist. Prior to this, Shelby worked as a Youth Development Specialist at the Boys & Girls Club from January to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading group activities and fostering an inclusive environment for children. Shelby's experience also includes a role as a Sales Associate at Athleta from July 2020 to May 2021. Educationally, Shelby earned a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with concentrations in Leadership and Entrepreneurial Professions & Intervention and Prevention Sciences from Colorado State University from 2017 to 2021 and attended the Prague University of Economics and Business in 2020. Shelby is a graduate of Valor Christian High School, completing studies in 2017.
