Stephanie Richter

Stephanie Richter is a Clinical Technical Specialist Support & Education at Cochlear, responsible for the development and execution of internal and external education programs, onboarding processes, and various training initiatives since March 2019. Previously, Stephanie held roles as a Clinical Technical Support Specialist and Global Product Manager Development at Cochlear, where contributions included clinical development and product design. Additionally, Stephanie served as a Field Clinical Engineer at Envoy Medical and an Optometry Specialist at Vision Care Seychelles. Current roles also include Indoor Rowing Coach and founder of Bite & Balance®, offering nutrition consulting, mindful eating, and health retreats. Stephanie holds a degree in Optics & Hearing Acoustics and has recently completed training as a personal trainer.
