Toni Young

Toni Young is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in process improvement and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement Processes and Head of IBP and Product Lifecycle Management at Cochlear since September 2022, Toni previously held the role of Business Process Owner for Supply Chain Excellence at Indorama Ventures Oxides and Huntsman Corporation. With expertise in SAP S4Hana, Agile Practices, and continuous improvement initiatives, Toni has effectively led stakeholder engagement, compliance, and governance efforts across diverse projects.
