Vaibhav Bhide is an accomplished Senior Engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering and R&D, currently contributing at Cochlear since September 2019. With a strong focus on product development for the hearing-impaired, Vaibhav has successfully led cross-functional design teams and addressed electronic component challenges to ensure product excellence. Prior to Cochlear, Vaibhav founded Aidle, developing India's first patent pending SMS-based IoT platform for healthcare. Vaibhav's early career includes impactful roles at MPR Associates, contributing to medical and power industries, and as a Principal Advisor at RecoverX, pioneering smartphone-controlled recovery devices. Vaibhav holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Anatomy from The University of Western Australia.
