Dick Tuttle

Dick Tuttle is an experienced City Engineer currently working for the City of Grain Valley. Prior to this, Dick held the title of Vice President at Cochran, a full-service Engineering & Architectural firm. Dick also served as the VP, Director of Operations at Alliance Water Resources, Inc and as the Division Manager and Village Engineer at the Village of Royal Palm Beach, FL. Dick started their career as the Asst. Director in the Engineering Department of Water & Sewerage at the City of Shreveport. Dick obtained their BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
