Carlota Mateos is an accomplished entrepreneur, board member, and speaker, currently serving as an advisor at Zubi Capital and a board member at ICONBO. As the cofounder and general manager of Ancla.life, they have significantly impacted the hospitality industry through various initiatives, including their role as cofounder and CEO of RUSTICAE. Carlota has extensive experience in education, having co-created and lectured in multiple hotel management programs, and continues to contribute to various boards and advisory roles, supporting the circular economy and social entrepreneurship.
