Leo M. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Leo🌠 is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CTO at CoCircular since January 2021. Prior to this, Leo worked as the Owner and CTO at www.quosei.com, a services company focused on the livestock sector, where they played a key role in the development of the Itaca Traceability System, which had a significant impact on the Iberian ham industry in Spain. Leo also worked remotely as the CTO at MOVISAT from April 2020 to January 2021.

Leo's previous experiences include serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Inclusite S.A., where they were responsible for the technical direction of the Saas accessibility product. Leo🌠 also worked as the CTO at CSD, leading the deployment and implementation of an electronic administration platform in Mexico. Leo's ability to coordinate and integrate diverse technological developments in a challenging environment contributed to the success of multiple implementations.

In addition, Leo served as the Director of Engineering at Conselleria de Sanidad, where they directed the technical aspects of the clinical and healthcare software program in hospitals. During this tenure, Leo focused on integrating continuous integration and continuous delivery practices by transitioning to a virtualized infrastructure environment.

Leo started their career at everis in 2000, where they progressed from programming roles to architecture and management positions. Leo🌠 served as the Engineering Department Manager and Developer, leading teams and contributing to the development of the Unified Claims System for Telefonica.

Throughout their career, Leo M. has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, software development, system deployment, and coordination of complex projects.

Leo M. started their education in 1994 at the University of Valencia, where they pursued a degree in Physics. Leo🌠 completed this degree in 2000. In 2019, Leo attended ThePower Business School and completed the Programa ThePowerMBA, specializing in Business Expertise. In the same year, they also enrolled in GeeksHubs Academy and completed a Master's degree in Engineering Management.
