Melissa Lor serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Commercial & Product at Cockroach Labs since October 2021. Previously, Melissa held the position of Deputy General Counsel for Commercial at Magnite from December 2020 to October 2021. Experience also includes roles such as Vice President of Legal at Xandr, Senior Associate General Counsel at AppNexus, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Lending Club, among others. Melissa began the legal career at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP as an attorney and has held various clerkships within the U.S. Bankruptcy Court system. Educated at Pepperdine Law with a Juris Doctor and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Melissa possesses a robust background in commercial law and dispute resolution.
