CocoKids is a nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our mission is to champion and advance quality child care and early education. 

Now in its 42nd  year, Cocokids offers expertise and exemplary programs and services to children, families, early educators and communities. With offices in Richmond, Concord and Antioch, it is at the center of the child care delivery system so that parents can work and children are ready for success in school. 

CocoKids provides free or low cost programs designed to support and empower parents and child care providers so that children, families, businesses and communities benefit. Services include:

•Free child care referrals, including infant/toddler care, preschools and after-school care

•Parent education and resources to help families make the best child care choices

•Financial assistance to low income working families to make quality child care services more accessible

•Child health, nutrition and safety education

•Training and development to help child care providers build their businesses and provide quality, age-appropriate care
