Wren Holmes

Wren Holmes is a Brand and NPD Director with a passion for merging sustainability with brand development, boasting 12 years of experience in the natural beauty and wellness FMCG sector. They have served as a Judge for the CEW UK Responsible Beauty Awards since 2021 and recently participated as a Keynote Speaker at the Sustainable Cosmetics Conference in September 2023. Their career includes roles at The Red Tree Consultancy and Urban Veda Natural Skincare, where they played pivotal roles in brand launches and development across multiple territories. Wren holds an MSc in Globalisation and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in Applied Social Sciences from the University of Brighton. Currently, they serve as the New Product Development Director at COCON.
