Lexie Borg is a dedicated People and Culture Generalist with extensive experience in recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Previously, Lexie worked at Mazooma and Paramount Commerce as a People and Culture Generalist, and also served as a Human Resources Coordinator at multiple organizations, including pt Health and Insception Lifebank Cord Blood Program. Lexie began their career as a Human Resources Assistant Intern at Wheels Group, where they were involved in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management. Lexie holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Humber College.
