Taichi Isaku completed the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University in 2017.
In 2015, he started co-cooking while enrolled in graduate school. He sees the kitchen as a creative platform and develops and researches future culinary venues that promote people's creativity and community diversity. He is a specialist in "Pattern Language", a method of activating dialogue and ideas within the community by verbalizing implicit knowledge and values. By applying this method and its ideas to the context of food, they create various mechanisms and tools that create rich ideas and convincing feelings in food selection.
From 2017, he will be involved in the launch of the food sharing service "TABETE", which will tackle the food loss problem in business. He is in charge of branding and products because he wants to support consumers who are convinced to choose food and producers who support it through daily meals. Through his business, he is trying to create a diverse and sustainable movement that does not create a conflicting structure or a feeling of exhaustion.
