Cocoon Medical Spa was opened in January 2013 in Seminyak and Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. We were the first and largest international medical clinic in Bali, serving clients with high quality western standards at an affordable price. 

Since then, we have grown to 4 clinics in Bali, as well as opening Spas across the world, including the The Maldives, Italy, and Bahrain.

Cocoon's success is down to delivering a memorable, luxury and modern approach to much loved traditional Asian ancient therapies. 

Our business goals are:
1. Create a transforming, memorable experiences for each client
2. We aim to serve 60%+ of the total number of guests coming from outside the hotel. Bringing in more outside guests leads to more value to the spa and hotel, with more spent in F&B and rooms. To achieve this, we have a very strong global sales and marketing team of 10 specialists who engage in many different activities and targets different markets.
3. Make the spa a shining star of the hotel property. The spa will attract guest room bookings, as clients will stay at the property for the spa, and the property will maintain a high room price point.
