Farhad Niyoz

Farhad Niyoz is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including HR tech, e-commerce, and online platforms. As the CEO and founder of Cocoon Program since July 2020, Farhad emphasizes clarity and mentorship. Previously, Farhad served as CEO and co-founder of Motivio, an HR-tech startup focusing on employee meal management solutions, and held the same roles at FromMe, an online gift card platform, and Efumo, which specializes in e-commerce and IT solutions. Additionally, Farhad has contributed to numerous initiatives as a coach and mentor, including roles in ed-tech accelerators and global hackathons. Farhad holds an MBA and a BA in Business Management, along with ongoing PhD studies in the same field at Banku Augstskola.
