COD3R Lab is an AI consulting and advisory partner for SMEs and founders in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Most teams don't need more AI hype. They need to know which AI actually moves the needle for their business, and which is just a distraction.

That's the work. We help small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI where it earns its keep: automating repetitive work, augmenting your team, and building practical, agentic AI systems that hold up in real operations.

One principle sets the approach apart: before building anything custom, we coach you to get far more from the tools you already pay for, like Claude and the AI already inside your stack. Often that alone closes the gap. When a custom build is genuinely warranted, you'll know exactly why.

How we work:
• Discovery: understand the business, the workflows, and where time and money actually leak
• Prioritise: target the use cases with real return, not the flashiest demo
• Coach or build: upskill on existing tools first, and build custom only when it pays off
• Measure: track before and after, so the impact is visible, not assumed

Engagements are outcome-driven, not sold as fixed packages. The work is sized to the result you need.

Based in Penang, working with clients across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asia and Oceania region.
