We run a global long/short equity strategy with low variable net exposure and a bias to the short side. Our edge comes from identifying profit margin dislocations across global supply chains. By mapping 50 of the most cyclical industries—from upstream energy and materials to downstream consumer sectors—we convert macro shocks into actionable, bottom-up investment ideas.

After a decade of capital misallocation, many upstream industries are capacity constrained just as secular forces—energy transition, electrification, AI, nearshoring, and rising global demand—are accelerating. Higher costs are pushing through supply chains, benefiting industries with pricing power while pressuring those without. With much of global equity market value concentrated in downstream sectors facing structural margin compression, the most compelling opportunities lie inside the value chain: long expanding margins and short contracting ones.

Our process combines top-down identification of margin expansion and contraction with deep fundamental stock selection. Portfolio construction emphasizes convexity, downside protection, and low correlation to equity markets.

The team brings more than 60 years of combined experience across long/short investing, corporate advisory, and principal investments. Founders invest significant personal capital alongside clients, ensuring strong alignment.
