Filip Mechant is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and agile coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Software Development at CodaBox (Isabel Group) since October 2021, Filip previously held roles such as Technical Leader and Lean Coach at DPG Media, overseeing lean delivery and functional programming projects. Filip's career includes positions as Team Lead, Delivery Manager, and Agile Coach at various organizations, including De Persgroep Publishing, ING Belgium, Telenet, GlaxoSmithKline, and bpost, where contributions encompassed lean methodologies, team coaching, and IT improvement initiatives. Filip holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Ghent University and is a certified Black Belt in Lean.
