Andrei Z.

Andrei Z. has a diverse work experience. Andrei began their career in 2014 as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at TransAVIAexport Airlines, where they mastered current standards, technology and methods of aircraft maintenance, methods of decoding flight data recorder system and their analysis. Andrei also participated in the processes of aircraft equipment diagnostics by using nondestructive testing methods and took part in preparation of cargo aircraft IL-76 to take off. In 2015, Andrei Z. began working as a Mechanical Engineer (Contract) at Revolabs, where they had the responsibility of assembling prototypes and providing design verification, as well as identifying and solving design issues that may cause malfunctioning of the product. That same year, they also co-founded Codabrasoft LLC, where they were responsible for building a positive and professional company image through high quality service and customer relationship, searching and acquisition for new projects, maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers, understanding of customers needs, providing solutions and recommendations, cost calculation and contract negotiation to achieve win/win results. Finally, in 2017, Andrei Z. began working at Fidelity Investments as a Facilities Engineer.

Andrei Z. began their educational journey at Minsk State Secondary School #114, where they attended from 1998 to 2009 and earned their high school diploma. Andrei then continued their studies at Minsk State Higher Aviation College, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Astronautical Engineering.
