Annie Lopes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management, account management, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Codacy since November 2024, Annie previously held roles at Salsify, where achievements included managing a $4M ARR portfolio and successfully building the Digital Customer Success team. Annie's background also includes positions in client relations at Talent Inc., extensive account management for e-commerce at Nu Skin, and curriculum coordination and teaching at various educational institutions. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the City University of Seattle.
