Jared Bryll, MDes, is a Senior Design Researcher and Strategist with over 10 years of experience in transforming complex challenges into actionable strategies that promote innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Design Strategist at Codal and as a Freelance Design Consultant, Jared specializes in user research and UX strategy, collaborating with organizations to create data-informed experiences. Their past roles include User Experience Researcher at Kin + Carta, where Jared drove product innovation and usability improvements, and Assistant Director at EY, where they enhanced team performance and redesigned employee services. Jared holds a Master of Design from IIT Institute of Design and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Product Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Ferris State University.
