Molly Roxanne Smith is currently the Head of Marketing, EMEA at Codal. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, they have previously worked in roles such as Content Manager at GrowthOps and Digital Content Manager at Cunning Plan Marketing, where they developed multi-format content strategies and oversaw large-scale projects. Molly has a strong passion for events, having organized various functions from intimate dinners to large conferences. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Public Relations from Liverpool John Moores University.
