Erika Rivera has been working in the technology industry since 2012. Erika began their career as a Math Tutor at The University of Arizona, followed by a Mechanical Intern role at Jacobs. In 2014, they joined Sunquest Information Systems as a Quality Engineer, then was promoted to Associate Quality Engineer. In 2017, Erika joined Act! as a Product Manager, then was promoted to Product Owner and Platform Test Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Product Owner at CODAMETRIX.
Erika Rivera attended the University of Arizona from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics. In January 2022, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
