Gul Ince

Gul Ince has been working in the tech industry since 2020. In that year, Gul began as a QA Automation Engineer (Bootcamp) at Syntax Technologies, where they designed, developed, and maintained test automations for an internal HR application. Gul also gained knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Test Development Life within Agile methodology, and automated Rest API's using Rest Assured Library. Additionally, Gul took the leadership to set up a group of 5 students amongst 170 to enhance the API automation framework. In 2021, Gul moved to Nexient as a QA Automation Engineer. Currently, Gul is a QA Automation Engineer II and Scrum Master at CODAMETRIX. Prior to their work in tech, Gul was a Team Lead Science Faculty at the Dallas Independent School District from 2016 to 2020. During their time there, Gul was awarded Master Teacher designation by TEA and was ranked in the top 5% of educators in Texas in 2020. Gul provided and facilitated leadership for Science Professional Learning Community (PLC) and coached teachers on the expected protocols, and outcomes of effective planning. Gul also developed capacity in Biology teachers to utilize data from formative assessments to diagnose instructional needs and match to solutions to foster professional growth.

Gul Ince has a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Queen Mary University of London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Drug Development from Barts and the London School of Medicine. In addition, Gul has obtained certifications in Java: Automated API Testing with REST Assured and Selenium Essential Training from LinkedIn in January 2022.
